Naval Air Station Oceana – Commissary Site
Introduction
A Phase I market and feasibility study has been conducted for a 25-acre site located approximately a half mile southeast from Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, Virginia that could be made available for development under the U.S. Navy’s Enhanced Use Lease (“EUL”) program. The site is located outside the boundaries of Naval Air Station Oceana near General Booth Boulevard and Oceana Boulevard, two of the more trafficked roads in Virginia Beach. The site has forested land and no known environmental or unexploded ordnance issues. The site is located approximately 2.5 miles west of the Atlantic Ocean.
