A Phase I market and feasibility study has been conducted for a potential EUL opportunity at the Navy Recreation Center Solomons (NRCS), in Solomons, MD.
The site is an approximate 12-acre parcel of land located on the northeast corner of NRCS, visible from MD State Highways 2/4. Improvements include 17 vacant bungalows slated for demolition.
NRCS is maintained by NAS Patuxent River and is located off base in a site near the confluence of the Patuxent River and Chesapeake Bay, approximately 65 miles southeast of Washington, DC in the Town of Solomons, Calvert County, Maryland. The popular Solomons Island resort destination is located nearby.
