Norfolk Naval Shipyard
Introduction
A Phase I market and feasibility study has been conducted for approximately 57 acres of land at Willoughby Bay, located in Norfolk, Virginia. Adjacent to the east of the site are 5.7 acres of wetlands, 2.4 acres of land leased to the City of Norfolk for use as a Visitor Center, and 8.3 acres of partial wetlands known as the North Parcel.
