A Phase I market and feasibility study has been conducted for a 21,924 SF site which is being considered for possible power generation development. The Site includes an additional potential 21,607 SF identified for expansion (if necessary) and has no known environmental or unexploded ordinance issues. This project has been selected by the Navy for Phase II
