The site is part of the 62.7 acre Large Cavitation Channel complex located on the most western edge of Presidents Island in Memphis, Tennessee. The site is approximately 48 acres and will include approximately 172,000 square feet of the warehouse building, a 17,550 square foot office building and 37.4 acres of vacant land. The site is zoned as Heavy Industrial.
