Navy Enhanced Use Lease Training

The Navy is offering a University level training course in the principles and practices involved in Navy's Enhanced Use Leasing program. This course is open to Navy personnel only and private sector requests cannot be accepted.

Navy EUL Training Sessions will be held on both the East Coast and the West Coast.

The first Navy EUL Training Session will be held on June 15-18, 2009, at the University of Maryland, University College. It will be conducted in the University's Inn and Conference Center in Adelphi, Maryland, located outside Washington, DC. A concentrated Leadership Course is available for Commanding Officers and Executive Officers on June 15-16, 2009, in the same location. Attendees should plan on arriving before noon on June 15, since the first course begins at 2:00 PM that day. For the other days, training will take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day, except for June 18th, when the last course ends at 3:00 PM to allow for travel home. Attendees should not schedule to depart before that time. Lunches Tuesday through Thursday will be provided as part of this program.

The date and location of the West Coast Navy EUL Training Session is planned for August 17-20, 2009 in Los Angeles, California. More detail will be provided at a later date.

Additional Navy EUL Training Sessions are also planned for FY 2010.
